The Guelph Nordic Ski Club is hosted by the Ignatius Jesuit Centre which is located on a 240 hectare property at the north end of Guelph.
The starting point of the
trails is just minutes from downtown Guelph, located on Hwy #6 N (1km north of the Woodlawn Road/Woolwich Street intersection).
Watch for the main entrance on the left as you travel
north on #6. There is a large sign by the driveway saying Orchard Park and Ignatius Jesuit Centre. Drive past Orchard Park, following the signs for the Farm Workshop (see red line on map). Park in the Farm Workshop parking lot, and the trail head is below, across the road.
As well as the cross country ski trails, the Ignatius Jesuit Centre has a hiking trail system which stretches from the Guelph Lake Conservation Area to the Guelph–Elora Trail, and this in
turn connects with the Trans–Canada Trail. The Centre trails are excellent for walking and trail running during the summer months.
